OnOurGame Entertainment

History

Eric and Heather Oliver (aka JonBlaQ and Mz Nokz) officially started OnOurGame Entertainment in 2006. Not content with conforming to mainstream Hip Hop music just to get a deal, the ambitious and talented couple decided to take matters into their own hands. Sharing a common vision bigger than the both of them, they began to build upon their dreams of becoming a force in the music industry.

With little to no monetary resources, at times, just having a place of their own to record seemed nearly impossible, let alone funding a project. But they haven’t let that stop them. With grit and resolve, and above all, their faith in God and savior Jesus, they manage to overcome every obstacle as they continue to battle their way through the steely doors of the music industry.

The Oliver’s believe in using music for a higher purpose. Their goal is not to just bring listeners bangin’ music, but to also infuse inspiring and spiritual messages along with life experiences and emotions – the good, the bad and the ugly – while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Not only do the they want to present their own music and voices to the world, but they are equally passionate about helping other talented and likeminded individuals to do the same. And by creating OnOurGame, they have created a “home” for some of the brightest and talented upcoming stars in Hip Hop and R&B/Pop.

Armed with an arsenal of lyrically potent emcees, singers and amazing producers, OOG is setting the game on fire – and it’s burning out of control.
